    KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -- NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida played host to a meeting of the National Space Council, chaired by Vice President Mike Pence on Wednesday, Feb. 21. It served as a venue to unveil the Trump Administration's plans for human space exploration as well as to acknowledge potential threats to the U.S.' space industry.

    HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — After stops at NASA's Johnson and Kennedy Space Centers, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence toured the space agency’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The visit marked a first in terms of the White House and provided the agency with another opportunity to highlight not only its on-orbit capabilities but also its plans for crewed deep space missions.

    KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. — Less than a week after being designated head of the newly revived National Space Council, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence paid a visit to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. In keeping with the Trump administration’s theme of reasserting U.S. leadership worldwide, he declared: “We will return to the Moon and we will put American boots on the face of Mars.”
