Arianespace to open 2017 launch manifest with Hispasat 36W-1
Curt GodwinJanuary 26th, 2017Multinational launch provider Arianespace is gearing up to launch the Hispasat 36W-1 telecommunications satellite – alternatively known as Hispasat AG1 – from their spaceport facility in Kourou, French Guiana, and will be their first in 2017. Launch of the new-model communications satellite is set for Jan. 27, 2017, with a liftoff time of 8:03 p.m. EST (01:03 GMT on January 28).
