The Missile Space and Range Pioneers marked their 50th anniversary during an event held at the Courtyard Marriott located in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on Oct. 21.

The event had notable guests, such as Apollo 13’s Fred Haise and former shuttle astronaut and current Director of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center Robert Cabana who attended and made remarks during the event. The social hour began roughly at 5:30 p.m. EDT (21:30 GMT) with dinner itself beginning at 7 p.m. EDT.

The theme for this evening’s program was Space Pioneering, Past, Present, and Future.
