CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — United Launch Alliance (ULA) is poised to launch Atlas V 411 rocket with NASA’s OSIRIS-REx probe from Cape Canaveral’s SLC-41 in Florida at 7:05 p.m. EDT (23:05 GMT) on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016.
