The EgyptSat-A satellite (also known as MisrSat-A) is scheduled to be launched atop a Soyuz-2.1b rocket with a Fregat-M upper stage from the Baikonur, Cosmodrone in Kazakhstan's LC-31. The spacecraft had been slated to get underway in November of 2018 and is described as being a "high-resolution Earth observation satellite."

A Russian government Soyuz rocket will launch the crewed Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station with members of the next Expedition crew members: Alexey Ovchinin, Nick Hague (who was previously aboard Soyuz MS-10 which suffered an in-flight abort), and Christina Hammock Koch.

The Progress MS-11 mission is a cargo resupply run bound for the International Space Station. The mission has been given the NASA designation of Progress 72 or 72P. The Progress spacecraft are produced by the Russian state space organization - Roscosmos. Progress MS-11 has been loaded with an estimated 5,400 lbs (2450 kg) worth of food, fuel and supplies, including 1,554 lbs (705 kg) of propellant, 110 lbs (50 kg) of oxygen / air as well as 926 (420) kg of water.

The Indian Space Research Organisation is set to launch a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle in its "core alone" configuration, meaning it won't have any strap-on solid rocket motors. It will launch the RISAT-2B radar imaging earth observation satellite. It is expected to be placed in a 555 kilometer orbit inclined 37 degrees.

A Proton-M rocket with a Breeze-M upper stage is slated to send the Yamal 601 geostationary communications satellite. The spacecraft was built by ISS Reshetnev and Thales Alenia Space on behalf of Gazprom Space Systems. Once it orbit, it is expected to provide services to Russia, the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia.
