The Armstrong Air and Space Museum is located in Wapakoneta, Ohio. This site is special as it is the hometown of Neil Armstrong, first man to set foot on the Moon. Armstrong was the commander of Gemini VIII and Apollo 11 - the first mission to land astronauts on the surface of another world. Among the items on display are an F5D Skylancer, the Gemini VIII spacecraft as well as items from Armstrong's life and Apollo 11. Photos courtesy: Mark Usciak
