CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — SpaceX carried out its sixth flight under its 2019 manifest with the launch of the first 60 "Starlink" satellites in a constellation of spacecraft expected to number as many as 12,000. All together, they are designed to provide a high-speed, low-latency global internet service.
