CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- A Space Exploration Technologies' (SpaceX) Cargo Dragon spacecraft was launched atop a "flight proven" Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Space Launch Complex 40 in Florida. The resupply mission got underway at 4:30 p.m. EST and saw some 5,800 lbs of research equipment and supplies sent to the International Space Station. The Canadian Space Agency, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency and other partners involved in the ISS Project will both be involved with and use the experiments ferried aloft by the CRS-14 Dragon.
